Did you know that the world's largest temperate rainforest is
right here in America? And we could lose it to logging unless we
speak out.

Right now, the Forest Service is determining how Alaska's
Tongass National Forest will be managed over the long term. An
initial proposal allows for a dramatic increase from current
logging levels, putting rare and important old-growth habitat at
risk.

There's good news - before the plan is finalized, the Forest
Service must accept public comment, but only for a limited
period of time.
