I know this sounds crazy, but:

Superglue and tinfoil. Why, you ask? Ok, for those of you who haven't had
any sort of medical training, you can actually use superglue to hold a wound
closed in a pinch, as long as the injured person doesn't have internal
bleeding. Why the tinfoil? It's for wrapping around people's innards if they
end up coming out. Not a pleasant thought, I know, but if somebody's
intestines or other internal organs are hanging out after some horrible
accident, you don't try to stuff them back in, and you can't just leave them
sitting there, especially when you have to carry the injured person to a spot
where they can be airlifted out. "Ewww...gross!!" Yeah, well tough shit, cuz
life's rough sometimes and you'd better be ready to deal with it. Burning
shit has people die every year. We haven't ever, and I have no desire to see
that change.

Do we have any tourniquets, crutches or splints? People are actually far more
likely to break a limb or end up with a serious cut than getting bitten by a
snake unless you're in a reptile cage. Not that we shouldn't be prepared for
both, of course.

Peace and Respect,

I
