  2 more cents worth of trash about trash:
   
  I noticed  paper plates, bowls and cups floating around at the last
  fest, adding to the various trash piles so  I'd like to propose more sustainable alternatives than consumable paper products, like bringing ones own light weight set of dining ware, and perhaps
  folks could bring a supply of rags to use in place of paper towels, and
  whatever else anyone can think of (with the only exception being toilet
  paper for those of us who just can't break the habit).

How many sound systems?
Spot similar to Shasta where there are no limits as far as space for people and sound systems
Scouting committee-chrisnotbombs, spiral, beth is good for questions
Email greenjon on maps, scout spots, and similar information
Roads must be clear for fire & other hazards

Medivac possibilities-jamie suggests self-service first aid and the like, might be low on materials; Jamie will make list
If you have experience or training, or want to help, we encourage you to let us know and please help
 
 
 
Combinded sounds-
Last day or two combine all the sound systems
Last Saturday or Sunday all sounds come together

There will be contained fish at mutantfest this year

Move in closer to area, when bears about
Acquire a few snake bite kits, but def. encourage people to bring their own or if they are allergic BRING THEIR OWN AND EVERYTHING THEY NEED!, that goes for bee stings or any other bite or sting that is dangerous to you
 
 
Greeters-

Giving information upon entry and show them where info. Table is
Fire extinguisher & shovel

Poster board and markers
Signs
Greeter can give out bags
Kevin has great freebox idea for freeloaders
Call it “bob Marley” camp
Camps left all their shit last year
Constable Courtes is coming to due jail, cuffs, ticket, etc.

Will “one” person be left liable?
Or do not have 1 single person sign permit for entire festival.

Be vigilant hitting the road this summer
Security and surveliance is stricter out there now more than ever, in general and at the festival, especially in summer and all the travelers and tourists out
No what to say or not to say when being pulled over
No what to do or not to do when being pulled over
Or when not in a vehicle
How it differs for passenger vehicles vs. buses vs. other type vehicles
At mutantfest, especially this year be aware and cautious who you talk to, and what you talk about
